With powerful e-beam gun equipped, coupled with quartz crystal coating thickness monitoring and control device, it is available to evaporate various metals and high melting dielectric to realize single or multi-layers optical coating. The machine can be also selectively equipped with ion source, Poly-cold, etc, as per actual needs to improve coating results and raise production efficiency.
